Nawaz Sharif Released on Bail

Former prime Minister of Pakistan mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has been granted six weeks bail today. Supreme Court of Pakistan announced decision earlier today asking Nawaz to start medical treatment within the country. Although National Accountability Bureau appealed Supreme Court of Pakistan to reject his bail. Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was sentenced seven years of imprisonment in Al Azizia corruption case.
 Earlier this month Nawaz Sharif had appealed in Lahore High Court asking for bail on medical grounds but it was rejected. Lahore High Court in its decision explained that all the reports of Former Prime Minister were out of danger. On the other hand Nawaz Sharif's family insisted on his release on medical grounds.It was emphasized by his daughter Marium Nawaz Sharif that my father needs serious medical treatment because of cardiac issues.

Former Prime Minister Sharif's lawyer  Haris told the Supreme Court of Pakistan about his client's health issues and medical reports. 
He further told the court that besides heart disease Nawaz was suffering from kidney disease as well. If he is not granted bail, he has to go through dialysis. Chief Justice asked that Supreme Court needs evidence. On this question Khawja Haris told Supreme Court that his medical condition is worsening day-by-day, on this ground he must be awarded bail.
Justice Asif Saeed Khosa gave remarks that he has to return back to jail even if he is granted few weeks release. Finally, Supreme Court of Pakistan awarded him six weeks bail on medical grounds.
