Why should scepticism dominate certainty in Pakistan? Scepticism refers to uncertainty and doubt about everything. Rather than becoming certain and confident, one needs to follow sceptical course. Being sceptic makes you curious and knowledge-thirsty. As a famous philosopher Bertrand Russell writes "what philosophy should dissipate is certainty, whether of knowledge or of ignorance" Sceptic approach doesn't deal with the question of right and wrong. It rather shows both the ways to the one who wants to find truth and certainty; later it leaves on him to chose whatever appeals to his logic and reason.  Scepticism sheds light on the approach of the society. Pakistan's economy was developing during first forty years of its formation while its decline since 90s is crystal clear. Holding just one factor responsible isn't a wise approach. Various factors contributed in her deteriorating economic condition. Relation between market and state is upside-down. Market allocates resources while state equitably distributes them. In Pakistan, both state and market are under the clutches of few elite families. Democracy in Pakistan is used  just to  cover the dynastic politics of few haves. Political parties are headed by one family; dissent in parties isn't tolerated at all. Biradri system dominates the electoral politics. Politicians manage to grab the votes en bloc rather than enfranchise.  That's why same families rule over the downtrodden masses. Humanity refers to the recognition of fundamental human rights sans any racial, religious,  ethnic, and cultural discrimination. It explains that all the humans living on the planet earth are equaly sacred and important. Without proper implementation of fundamental rights in todays world, hoping for peace and prosperity tantamount to living in fool's paradise. What has been happening in Yemen and Syria is nothing short of a blot on the global conscience. All the flag bearers of humanity ought to protect human values without any preferential treatmemt. I have often been trying to find out what success really is. How can an ordinary person realize his/her dream of becoming a successful person?  What really needs to be done to achieve what looks near to impossible?
